XBR Cooling incubators are ideal for keeping products at low temperature. They are suitable for biology and microbiology medical laboratories and for quality controls in industries.
Temperature range : from 0°C up to 60°C
Really efficient ventilation, heating and cooling !
Ventilation is ensured by two fans located at the backside of the cooling incubator for excellent temperature homogeneity.
Heating is provided by heating elements placed in the air flow.
The evaporator, located in the air flow, allows temperature to cool down. It powered by a cooling unit composed of condenser and compressor located in the bottom part of the incubator.
Accurate and efficient temperature control
Temperature control is operated by an electronic controller PID. It measures temperature through a PT100 probe placed in the air flow. Digital display. Accuracy: 0.1°C.
A high performance oven for your demanding processes.
The inner casing is made of bright polished stainless steel. Stainless steel is particularly corrosion resistant.
The outer plates of the incubator are made of electro galvanized steel coated with white and blue paints.
The thick insulation of the inner casing reduces energy consumption.
EASY CLEANING !
The rounded corners of the inner casing make easier cleaning operations.
A ledge prevents water flows when the door is opened.
ENTRY PORT Diam 20 mm
An 20mm entry port mm is centered on the left side for passing cables or probes. A silicone cork allows you to block the entry port in case of non-use or to make airtight after passing cables.
COOLING UNIT
A cooling unit, composed of condenser and compressor, is located in the bottom part of the cooling incubator for saving space.
